References to “partners” on this Website refer to members of JMDolling LLP or to employees or consultants with equivalent standing and qualifications. The use of the term “partner” does not imply that the individual concerned is a partner in a traditional partnership for legal or tax purposes.

Regulation of Lawyers

Lawyers based in Hong Kong who are admitted as solicitors in Hong Kong are regulated by the Law Society of Hong Kong.

Certain lawyers based in Hong Kong are not admitted as solicitors in Hong Kong but are registered with and regulated by the Law Society of Hong Kong as Registered Foreign Lawyers. Such lawyers may also be regulated by the relevant regulatory authorities in their jurisdictions of admission.
